1 概述
ZJ 、ZJX 型系列渣浆泵是湖南利欧泵
业有限公司引进国外先进水力模型，采用
国际上先进的固液两相流理论，按最小损
失原则设计。其过流部件的几何形状符合
介质的流动状态，减少了涡流和撞击等局
部与沿程水力损失，从而减轻了过流部件
的磨损。该系列泵具有规格齐全、效率高、
噪音低、振动小、寿命长、安装维修方便
等。
用途
ZJ 、ZJX 型系列渣浆泵，适用于矿山、
冶金、电力、煤炭、化工、建材等行业，
供输送含有固体颗粒的磨蚀性和腐蚀性
浆体，其固液混合物最大重量浓度：灰浆
≤45%、矿浆≤60%。

ZJ型系列渣浆泵为卧式、单级、单吸、
双层壳体、托架式结构设计，双层壳
体的外壳体结构为垂直中开式，出水
口位置可按45°间隔、旋转8个不同
位置安装使用；水平中开式托架可轻
易将轴承组件取出，检修方便、迅速。
泵的转向
从泵的驱动端看去，泵转子为顺时针
方向旋转。
传动方式
该系列渣浆泵可采用直联DC，平行
