1. Invite one student from each group to prent the ideas of the group to the who le class.

Thanksgiving Day, a unique American festival which became a holiday almost 400 years ago, started in 1621. The legendary pilgrims crosd the Atlantic in the year 1620 in Mayflower. About 102 people traveled for nearly two months with extreme difficulty. Nearly 46 pilgrims died due to extreme cold in winter. However, in the spring of 1621, a native Indian brought them necessities and especially nt someone to teach the pilgrims to survive by growing food and hunting animals. ustoms of Thanksgiving are eating, eing your family, singing, thanking people for coming over and coming to their celebration. It is a thankful holiday of four-day weekend.
