The filament 14 of a halogen lamp 13 fitted at the rear end ction of the reflecting mirror 12 is located at the first focal point f1, and the focal point f3 of a convex lens 15 arranged in front of the reflecting mirror 12 coincides with the cond focal point f2 where the light reflected by the reflecting mirror 12 is collected, and the light collected at the cond focal point f2 is projected forward by the convex lens 15.
