一、工程简介
For plant project, the process equipments mainly include four ts of dual ovens and accessories, which will be t in the high bay area and mezzanine area in the building. Due to the high quality and technical requirements and the tight schedule, before the lifting, the power, water and access are ready and the site floor has been leveled and strong enough for the lifting.本工程为工厂的基建项目,关于工艺设备主要有炉子及附属设备四套,安装位置在主厂房高跨区及设备平台区,因施工质量要求和技术要求高、工期要求比较紧等特点,本方案编制时,吊装现场“三通一平”工作已基本就绪,地面正在做硬底化。

Bad on the actual conditions, two lorry cranes will work together to lift the equipments. The lorry crane can move fast and flexibly and will not cau rious floor damage, but its outriggers must be extended and t before the lifting and it can not move with the load. It requires high standard, level and compacted floor to ensure the stability and safety. 根据本工程特点,对本工程需要机械吊装的材
料设备选择双机吊吊装方式进行吊装。汽车吊的优点是转移迅速,机动灵活,对地面破坏小,但起吊时,必须将支脚落地,不能负载行驶,且对工作场地要求较高,必须平整、压实,以保证操作平稳安全。

四、吊装方法的确定及技术措施
1、Lifting method
施工方法的确定
Referring to the equipments data, the structure and site conditions, also the height, two lorry cranes will work together for the lifting.根据实际吊装的本体参数、结构特点和施工现场的条件,也考虑到安装高度较高,可采用两台汽车吊相互配合辅助进行吊装。
2、Lifting Points and Rigging Devices

The lifting lugs on the oven will be ud for the lifting; the ba has no lifting lugs and has glass panels, so straps must be ud for the lifting; 10 ton &5 ton shackles will be ud together. One piece of spreader beam, as in Attachment 1 , will be prepared. 因烤炉本体上有设备吊装吊耳,所以是采用其自带的吊耳,炉基没有吊耳且有玻璃窗,所以用吊带进行吊装;卸扣采用10吨和5吨的配合使用;吊装用铁扁担一根,具体尺寸见附图1。
3、Calculation & Selection of slings
吊索具计算选型
First, calculate bad on the equipments weight and dimensions to decide proper cranes, one is 25 ton and the assistant one is 16 ton. Plea refer to Attachment 2 for crane properties. Choo proper slings (φ24 steel cables and 3 ton straps) bad on cable allowable stress and the formula. Considering the reduced factor, imbalance factor, dynamic load factor, and safety factor(6 times), allowable force on steel cable is 55×D2÷6, of which, D is cable diameter, and 6 is safety factor. 在吊装设备之前,必须先根据吊装设备的重量,结构等认真分析计算,选择合适的吊装机械(主吊机为25吨,辅吊机为16吨),吊车性能表见附图2;选择合理的吊索(φ24的钢丝绳和3吨的吊带),在吊索具选择时,要通过具体的计算公式,对照各种型号钢丝绳的允许应力,方可确定下来。在计算时要考
虑拆减系数、不均衡系数、动载系数和安全系数(6倍)等,计算公式为钢丝绳的近似许用拉力=55×D2÷6;D是指钢丝绳直径,6是指安全系数。V. Lifting
五、吊装步骤
1、Equipments enter site
设备的进场
When everything has been prepared, move the equipments to the designated place under designated person’s instructions. 在各项准备工作完全做好的情况下,就开始组织设备的进场,设备进场必须有专人指挥进入指定位置。
2、Pre-lifting
吊装前的准备工作
Prior to lifting, check if the equipment concrete ba datum lines and column lines are correct; check lifting lugs on equipments satisfactory to lifting; check the surrounding areas are ready for lifting. And prepare all necessary materials and equipments, like timbers, planks, pallet fork, and etc. barricade t
he lifting area properly. Prepare all types of shims, slings, straps, shackles and etc. 设备在吊装前,必须做好全面仔细的检查核实工作。检查设备安装基准标记、方位线标记是否正确;检查设备的吊耳是否符合吊装要求,设备安装位置周围是否能满足;准备好吊装作业的辅助用料(如枕木、脚手板、地叉车等);做好吊装作业区的维护工作;按照业主卸车、吊装的要求,准备好各种垫片、索具、吊带、卸扣等。
3、Connect rigging devices to slings

Connect shackles to steel cables and the lifting lugs; check for the cable symmetry and verticality of the load. 主要包括吊车用卸扣挂上钢丝绳及吊耳,检查钢丝绳系接的对称度及对吊物的垂直度等。
4、Initial lifting

Before the initial lifting, the general director will give overall instructions and brief each supervisor his key checking points. After the checking, initially lift the load off the supports a little, then check the differences in all places, ensure they are stable and safe. 试吊前检查确认;吊装总指挥进行吊装操作
交底;布置各监察岗位进行监察的要点及主要内容;把物体吊离支撑件少许,复查各部位的变化情况等,使各部分具有稳定性和安全性;

General director gives order for the lifting, all personnel are ready in their positions and check all working points and brief the lifting director for the formal lifting. 由总指挥正式下令,检查各岗位到岗待命情况,并检查各个作业点是否正常;各岗位汇报准备情况,并告知起重指挥;正式起吊。

The main crane is 25 ton and the assistant crane is 16 ton. See Attachment 3 for the crane positions. The lifting can be divided into four steps: 主吊机是一台25吨的吊车,辅吊车为一台16吨吊车,具体站位见附图3;其吊装过程共分为四步:
Step 1: Oven Ba
第一步:烤炉基座吊装
The oven ba has no lifting lugs, so two pieces of 3 ton straps will be ud. In order to reduce the accessory work and ensure the safe lifting, only u the 25 ton crane to lift and t the oven ba. The step by step procedures are as follows: 因设备没有吊耳,故采用两根3吨的吊带进行吊装,减少其它辅助工作保证设备的吊装安全,烤炉基座是采用25吨主吊机直接吊装就位。具体吊运程序如下:
1) Clear and barricade the lifting area. Under the directions of oven installation
experts, mark the foundation datum line and the location of ba legs. If the oven ba is packed in a crate, it must be opened and inspected witnesd by Owner and Flour. The inspection result shall be recorded. 清理吊装现场障碍物并做好维护;同时在烤炉安装专家指导下按图纸基础十字线及支腿位置线;如有外包装,需在业主及FLUOR共同监督下开箱,并做好记录;
2) The 25 ton crane will lift the oven ba into position. Protect the corners and
critical parts. 用25吨吊机将设备吊装就位;同时对设备的棱角及重要部位进行保护;
3) After the oven ba in place, level and align the ba by adjusting the jack
bolts on the ba. Install shims underneath the oven ba leg plate. Then Hilti wedge concrete bolt to anchor the ba. 基座就位后,调整基座上的调整螺栓将基座找平找正;再将基座支腿底板下垫铁安装好;最后用喜利得楔型混凝土锚固螺栓进行锚固;acquainted
4) Grout. Ensure the correct elevation after grouting, not affect the opening of
the door and side panels. 灌浆,要保证灌浆后地面的标高的准确,不影响门的开启和检修时侧面柜板的打开;
Step 2. Oven
第二步:烤炉吊装
1) Clear and barricade the lifting area. Check the location and stability of the
ba.清理吊装现场障碍物并做好维护;复查基座的位置及稳固性;
2) As per Attachment 3, designated person will direct the truck with dual oven
into the designated place. 按附图3所示,装有烤炉的卡车专人指挥进入指定位置;
