avent摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow path switching valve capable of switching among a first flow path, a cond flow path, and a third flow path at high speeds to lectively make them communicated with or cut off from a forth flow path by using relatively high pressure driving gas, to provide an internal combustion engine equipped with the flow path switching valve, and to provide an EGR method of the internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: The flow path switching valve includes: a piston 58 driven by driving gas Ap; a shutter member 57 slid by the piston 58; the first to third flow paths 51, 52, 53 arranged on one side in a ca 56; and the forth flow path 54 arranged on the other side in the ca 56 oppodly to the all of the first to third flow paths 51, 52, 53. Here, the shutter member 57 slides to perform: first flow path switching for making the first flow path 51 and the forth flow path 54 communicated with each other and making the third flow path 53 and the forth flow path 54 communicated with each other, and for making the cond flow path 52 and the forth flow path 54 cut off from each other; and cond flow path switching for making the first flow path 51 and the forth flow path 54 cut off from each other and making the third flow path 53 and the forth flow path 54 cut off from each other, and for making the cond flow path 52 and the forth flow path 54 communicated with each other.
