They watched as he became a leader in high school – excelling in the classroom, joining the National Honor Society and starting a cyber patriot club.
Major Bill Petzinger, commander of the CAP’s McGuire Composite Squadron (混合中队), said that when Peter was cadet (学员) commander, the squadron thrived (蓬勃开展), and membership doubled.
