3 •温升测试
60950 4.5.1 条款,现在新版本 IEC60950_1:2005
――测试条件:
1)    在正常负载情况下,最小输入电压和最大输入电压测量。
2)    室温。
    测量方法:
热电偶法和电阻法,一般是热电偶法。
――测量元器件:
1)原则:安全关键件和发热量大的器件(热电偶法)
