一、概述Overview
深圳市隶属中国广东省，位于东经114°，北纬22°附近。地处珠江口伶仃洋东侧，北与东莞市和惠州市接壤，南与香港一河之隔，东至大亚湾畔。市域面积2020平方公里，海岸线长229.96公里。境内最高峰为梧桐山国家森林公园主峰，海拔943.7米。深圳属亚热带海洋性气候，年平均气温最22.04°C，年平均降水量1948.40毫米。
Shenzhen,a city belong to Guangdong Province at 114°E,22°N,exends to Daya Want at the east,swparated from Hong Kong by a rive at the south,lies on Dong guan and Hui zhou at t
he north ,makes Ling Ding Yang at on its west.The area of the city are 2020 square kilometers,the coastline is 229.26km.Main peak of Wu tong National Forest Park ,which is of 943.7 metres high,is the highest mountain in Shenzhen.Shenzhen has a subtropical oceanic climate with an annual teperature 22.40°C and annual average rainfall 1948.40mm.
对飓风和台风的预防措施可以有效的起到缩小破坏程度的作用。每个酒店都应尽早成立应急小组，制定应急预案。特别是我们处于亚热带海洋性气候地带，以确保随时应付恶劣的天气。应急小组需要明白热带风暴对所带来的灾难性破坏以及在这种紧迫时刻所采取的措施。预防损失的措施计划中的紧急事件部分将针对如何处理飓风或台风事件提供更好的方案。
The typhoon prevention measures play an effective role in reducing the damage caud.Hotel should t up the emergency respon team and establish the contingency plan as early as possible,especially, Shenzhen is subropical oceanic climate.The emergency respon team need to understand the devastation caud and the emergen
cy measure should be taken.A better soultion plan on a typhoon will be provided in the losss proevent plan.
二、台风预警信号Typhoon Warning Signals
台风预警信号分五级，分别以白色、蓝色、黄色、橙色和红色表示。
There are 5 warning signals of typhoon,white、blue、yellow、orange and red.
（一）白色风球预警信号： Typhoon White Warning Signal
48小时内可能受热带气旋影响。
The area may be affected by the tropical cyclones in 48 hours.
（二）蓝色风球预警信号： Typhoon Bule Warning Signal
24小时内可能受热带气旋影响，平均风力可达6级以上，或阵风7级以上；或者已经受热带气旋影响，平均风力为6-级，或阵风7-8级并可能持续。
The area may be affected by the tropical cyclones in 24 hours,the average wind-force will grow up to 6 grades and above ,or gusts7 grades above;Or,the area has already affected by the tropical cyclong,the average wind-force is 6to7grade,or the gusts is 7to8grade and is likely to continue.
（三）黄色风球预警信号： Typhoon Yellow Warning Signal
24小时内可能受热带气旋影响，平均风力可达8级以上，或阵风9级以上；或者已经受热带气旋影响，平均风力为8-9级，或阵风9-10级并可能持续。
The area may be affected in 24 hours,the average wind-force will grow above 8 grade,or the gusts 9 grade and above;or the area has affected by the tropical cyclone,the average wind-force is 8to9 grade,or the gusts are 9 to 10 grade and is likely to continue.
（四）橙色风球预警信号： Typhoon Orange Warning Signal
12小时内可能受热带气旋影响，平均风力可达10级以上，或阵风11级以上；或者已经受热
带气旋影响，平均风力为10-11级，或阵风11-12级并可能持续。
The area may be affected in 12 hours,the average wind-force will grow above 10 grade,or the gusts 11 grade and above;or the area has affected by the tropical cyclone,the average wind-force is 10to11 grade,or the gusts are 10 to 11 grade and is likely to continue.
（五）红色风球预警信号： Typhoon Red Warning Signal
12小时内可能或者已经受台风影响，平均风力可达到2级以上，或者已达12级以上并可能持续。
The area may be affected within 12 hours or has affected by the tropical cyclone,the average wind-fore can reach 12 grade or has reached and is likely to continue.

Typhoon ason runs from April 15 until October30.
紧急处理小组 Emergency group
紧急处理小组应按照以下要求配置设备和做准备：
The emergency team should install equipment and make preparation with the following requirements:
盛装足量饮用水的容器（按照每天每人供应1/2加仑的比例，可供应三天饿的水量）
Prepare enough water (the water stored can supply for three days,according to the ratio 1/2gallon per person per day).
所有无限电设备的备用电池准备完毕。
Get ready the bettery of all the RF equipments.
所有的移动电话的备用电池准备完毕。
Get ready the emergency bettery of all cancer是什么病mobile phones.
手电筒的备用电池准备完毕。
Get ready the bettery of all the electric torches.
捆绑用的绳索准备完毕。
Get ready the ropes which would be ud for tying.
