In view of the examination and improvement of teachers' ideological and political ability in curriculum, colleges and universities will focus on training teachers' teaching concept of ideological and political education in curriculum, building a teaching management system and building a platform for teachers' mutual assistance. This paper explores the problem of college teachers' ideological and political power in curriculum, and promotes the coping strategies of college teachers' ideological and political power in curriculum. 1. Introduction
I deological and political education in curriculum, as a new target put forward by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, is also the mission and challenge of higher education development in the new era. Teachers, preachers and apprentices, also, under the leadership of the party, teachers should take the classroom as a position to spread knowledge and cultivate talents, actively respond to the call of the state, improve the ideological and political ability of the curriculum, enhance students' ideological and moral character, and meet this new challenge according to the rules and regulations of the school.

2. Examining the Problems of T eachers' Curriculum Ideological and Political Ability in Colleges and Universities
Facing the new challenges, there are also some problems in the examination of teachers' ideological and political ability in curriculum.
(1) Pay more attention to the functional role than the mission
At prent, under the requirements of the goal of ideological and political education in curriculum, an education team has been initially formed, in which teachers' moral education theory is bad on ideological and political theory, counlors practice moral education, and full-time teachers assist moral education. Although many colleges and universities have formulated some relevant teaching management policies and some encouraging mechanisms to guide teachers to reform curriculum ideological and political education, the traditional educational idea is deeply rooted and cannot fully accept the concept of curriculum reform from the heart, so many teachers often only pay attention to the change of form and do not care about its effect, and they still ignore it in their real teaching behavior. Therefore, the change of teaching ideas by front-line teachers is the training focus of colleges and universities, so teachers should accept curriculum ideological and political education from the heart.
