The substrate must be even, clean, free from cracks and physically sound. Prior to application the floors must always be sanded, any laitance on top of the floor must have been removed; in ca of concrete shoot blasting might be necessary. The surface shall not be “obviously wet”. If necessary it should be professionally prepared for laying.

The product is protected by a foil, which must be removed together with little amounts of hardened material prior to u. In ca of the 6kg packet, the little bag on top of the foil does contain water, which might be added to the product if ud as a 2-component system.

Add – while stirring - to the primer the total or parts of the content of the bag you did find on top of the foil (only for the 6 kg 2-C package!). Higher amounts of water lead to an acceleration of the bonding process, lower amounts make the bonding process slower (for more details e the table below). After mixing cross-linking starts, the material has to be put to the ground inside the pot-life time of 20 min and has to be spread. In ca sand has to be broadcasted, it shall be done in the following 20 min. After 4 hours the material has t, the adhesive can be spread on top and parquet can be laid.

托福是什么Dilution: R580 can be diluted with up to 10 % of S100. This does reduce the viscosity strongly; porous substrates are then better filled. Diluted material must be applied soon (0 .. 30 min) on the ground, it shall not be stored.
