自戕摘要：PURPOSE:To obtain an inexpensive humidity nsor, which does not need a heating means for cleaning the nsor, by including a deliquescent electrolyte and conducting particles in organic macromolecules having swelling property due to moisture absorption. CONSTITUTION:On a substrate 21, comb shaped electrodes 22 and organic macromolecules 23, which include conducting particles and deliquescent electrolyte and have swelling property due to moisture absorption, are formed by printing and the like. Thus a humidity nsor is obtained. The humidity nsor adsorbs or eliminates humidity in an atmosphere. The organic macromolecules having the deliquescent electrolyte and the swelling property are expanded or contacted. Then the dispersing degree of the conducting particles, which are disperd in the organic macromolecules, is changed. When the moisture is adsorbed, the contact probability of the conducting particles is reduced and the resistance value between the comb shaped electrodes becomes high. When the moisture is eliminated, the contact probability of the conducting particles becomes large. Therefore the resistance value becomes low.
