CONSTITUTION:When dehumidifying treatment is performed in a dehumidifying tower 2 and regeneration treatment is performed in a dehumidifying tower 1, the open air is taken in from a regeneration air inlet 13a by a fan 14 to be flowed through each heat transfer pipe of the take-in side air passage 11a of a heat exchanger 11. Herein, the heat of discharge side regeneration air flowing through a discharge side air passage 11b is transferred to the heat transfer pipe from heat transfer fins to preheat the take-in side regeneration air in the pipe. Subquently, the regeneration air is heated to predetermined temp. by a heater 12 to be nt to the communication port 1b of the dehumidifying tower 1 through a four-way valve 7 and a solid moisture adsorbent 3 is regenerated under heating to remove moisture. The moisture-containing regeneration air is nt to the discharge side air passage 11b from a communication port 1a through a four-way valve 6 to be contacted with each heat transfer fin in the passage 11b.
