本文从近年来国内外高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)生产的发展趋势以及安全现状方面出发,论述了对高密度聚乙烯生产进行火灾爆炸危险性分析评价的必要性,并对危险性分析评价方法进行了概述,介绍了高密度聚乙烯的生产工艺,分析了工艺过程物料、溶剂、催化剂及产品的火灾爆炸危险性,讨论了生产过程中可能的火灾爆炸事故类型以聚乙烯输送系统为研究对象,从不同角度系统地分析了输送系统的危险性。应用事故树分析法(EFTA)剖析了引起各种类型火灾爆炸事故的原因,通过计算每个基本原因事件的结构重要度,确定出对火灾爆炸事故发生起决定作用的原因事件,作为制定预防措施的重要参考。 关键词 高密度聚乙烯 生产工艺 危险性因素 静电 事故树分析 |
Title The risk factor analysis and safety measures About the dust explosion of polyethylene production caroline什么意思 Abstract In this thesis, from the point of the development tendency and safe situation of the domestic and international high-density polyethylene (HDPE) production in recent years, the necessity that carries out analysis and asssment of fire explosion risk for high-density polyethylene production has been investigated. And the risk analysis and asssment technique have been summarized. The production technology of high-density polyethylene has been introduced, the fire explosion hazard of the technology stock, solvent, catalyst and product have been analyzed, the possible fire explosion accident type in production process have been discusd, fault tree analysis(FTA) method has been ud to analyze the reason of various type fire explosion accident. The crucial reason for fire explosion important degree accident has been determined through calculating the structural of every basic reason incident, which is the important reference of established precautionary measures.
