摘要：PURPOSE:To obtain figured panel by deep drawing without cracks by forming in advance a metal plate in a preliminary mold and then by forming the preliminarily formed metal plate in a regular patern mold by an explosion molding method. CONSTITUTION:The metal plate 3 is put on the female mold 1a, and then formed into projections by cold press with the male mold 2. Then, the formed metal plate 3 is placed through a al packing on the surface of the pattern mold 1b for explosion molding having a pattern on its surface, and then its circumference is clamped with the flange 4 by means of the bolt 5. Then, the air between the metal plate 3 and the mold 1b is evacuated by the vacuum pump 6, the explosive 7 is t at the upper part of the metal plate 3, the whole asmbly is soaked in water completely, and then explosion molding is made by firing the explosive by a detonator.
