For the purpos of refrainment from dispute and liability arising out of international payment transaction as may be practicable you should, in processing of inte
rnational payment transaction, obrve the following provisions:

2. 妥善保留与国际支付交易有关的一切凭证，该等凭证包括但不限于交易订单号、买家（消费者）姓名、交易日期、交易金额、所购商品或服务内容、收货地址、收货人签收单、发货记录、交易过程的聊天记录（包括交易过程中的交易变更等可以证明卖家的履行与双方的约定一致的信息）等。对于酒店、机票及根据我公司规则允许使用国际支付的非实物类商品，除上述凭证外，还需要保留酒店流水账单，电子机票，电子预订记录，与客户的来往邮件凭证，商户预订及取消政策等。且我公司可以根据实际情况要求您提供其他凭证。
Proper retention of all vouchers with respect to international payment transaction, include, inter alia, order number of transaction, name of buyer ( consumer), transaction date, transaction amount, purchad goods or rvice, address of the goods received, co
nsignee’s receipt list, delivery record, chat record during transaction ( including the information of amendment during traction etc. which may prove buyer’s performence and mutual agreement by parties thereto ) and so on. Respect to hotel, airline tickets and non-physical goods that are allowed to be paid pursuant to our rull, in addition to the above vouchers, you should keep hotel income bills, e-airtikets, e-booking records, email to / from client, policies of merchant’s rervation and cancellation etc. , and other vouchers which are required by our compeny on actual situation.
3. 发货物流单据保留不少于180天，且物流信息可在线查看跟踪信息。
The vouchers of shipping / delivery logistics shall be kept for no less than 180 days, and the logistics information can be viewed online.
4. 确保将交易物品发往我公司系统的“收货和物流信息”页面上所列明的收货地址。

5. 除我公司另有明确规定外，保证仅销售需要物流运送的有形实物商品，不销售非实物商品（包括但不限于服务、无形物品或数字化商品等）；所销售的有形实物商品均为正规厂商生产的合格产品，不存在质量问题。

6. 严格保证接受国际支付的商品信息的发布符合我公司的相关规则，保证商品信息发布时选择的商品类目准确无误。

7. 及时按照和/或我公司的要求，提供国际支付交易相关凭证及其他信息。
Provide the vouchers and information with respect to international payment transaction pursuant to our requirement without delay.
8. 建议您使用正规、国际认可度较高的物流服务提供商，例如UPS, DHL, FedEx,TNT, EMS,顺丰速运等，但是该建议并不意味着您的国际支付交易就没有风险，而只是可能会对
您在发生国际支付争议时的举证会有所帮助。我公司将不对任何物流服务商为您提供的服务承担任何担保责任。
It is recommended that you are better u regular logistics rvice providers with high internationally recognition, such as UPS, DHL, FedExt TNT, EMSS, Shunfeng Express, etc., however, this recommendation does not mean that your international payment transactions are without risk, only help you to prent evidence in the event of dispute with respect to an international payment. Our company will not undertake any warranty liability to you for any rvice by logistics rvice provider.
