[摘 要]目的:探讨糖通饮对早期糖尿病肾病大鼠肾脏组织的保护作用。方法:雄性SD 大鼠55只,随
机分 为正常组(A 组)10只,剩余的45只造模,将造模成功的44只SD 大鼠分为模型组(B 组)、糖通饮组(C 组)、厄 贝沙坦组(D 组)及糖通饮+厄贝沙坦组(E 组),每组10只;C 、D 、E 组给予对应的药物灌胃治疗,A 组及B 组给 予等量生理盐水灌胃2周末检测大鼠的空腹血糖(FBG )、血清肌0( SCP 及24 h 尿蛋白定量,取右侧肾脏苏木 精-伊红(HE )染色光镜下观察组织学改变。结果:与A 组比较,B 组大鼠肾脏病理形态变化明显,FBG 、SCr 及 20。尿蛋白明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与B 组比较,C 、E 组的FBG 、SCr 及24 h 尿蛋白明显降 低,D 组的SCr 及24 h 尿蛋白明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与B 组比较,C 、D 、E 组治疗后病理改变 均明显减轻。结论:糖通饮能够有效地减少早期DN 大鼠的24 h 尿蛋白,降低FBGp SCr 水平,对大鼠肾脏组 织 有 护 用。allegorical
