本保函担保的金额将随供货方逐批发运货物、按照发票中所显示的金额而等比例自动递减。

本保函到期后，请将正本保函退回我行注销，但无论正本是否退回，本保函均告失效。

We undertake to pay you, upon your first written demand declaring that the Supplier has

The amount of this letter of guarantee shall be automatically decread in proportion to the progress of supply made by the Supplier.
