Right consciousness
At this stage, the workers' rights and interests are damaged. From their own point of view, the most prominent reason is the weak n of rights. But the importance of right consciousness is lf-evident. The weak consciousness of laborers' rights is the first problem of values, that is to say, laborers lack universal belief in rights. The reason for this phenomenon is very complex, historical reasons, but also practical reasons. But the rious conquence of this phenomenon is the ignorance
of workers' rights. In particular, the weak awareness of the rights of workers is mainly manifested in what rights they do not understand, and how to u and maintain the rights are not clear. Of cour, in reality, there are also individual

Although, along with China's reform and opening up and social transformation, the true n of the rights of workers from the bud to today, has been significantly improved. Especially since the implementation of the labor contract law and the labor dispute mediation and arbitration law, the rights consciousness of workers is unprecedented, but it is obviously far from the requirements of the rule of law. If we can really form a rational attitude to the rights of workers, the labor relations in China will inevitably become more harmonious.
Collective consciousness
Collective consciousness means that employees should join in such organizations as trade unions, make u of the power of the organization to issue their own voice, express their wishes, and accomplish the balanced progress of enterpri owners.
Labor relations in the form, is a kind of economic interests between the two independent subject in the premi of equality under the connsus and form, its operation also ems to be the main reflection of free will, but the labor relations is esntially from the natural attributes, workers in a weak position. The more backward and irregular management of small enterpris, the lower the quality requirements of workers, respect for people and the lower the
degree of attention, the more disharmony of their labor relations. Therefore, from the individual point of view, the quality of workers determines whether the labor relations are harmonious or not. From the overall point of view, the choice of cooperation or conflict between labor relations depends on the strength of the two sides. In fact, from the laborer's point of view, both the strength of the labor market and the strength of the relationship between the two sides depend largely on the quality of their own qualities.
From a higher level, in today's knowledge economy, the cultural quality of workers has become a key factor affecting the economy of a country. However, the current situation of the overall quality of workers in China is not optimistic. With the rapid development of science and technology, the updating of technology is very fast,
The quality of workers needs more promotion. Therefore, workers should t up learning consciousness, pay attention to study,
and develop the habit of lifelong learning. Enhance their competitiveness in the labor market and the ability to re employment.
Mutual aid consciousness
From the ethical point of view, mutual aid between people has become a simple moral requirement and humanistic spirit of the Chine nation and even the whole human society. It is more realistic and necessary for workers to help each other on the basis of common social status and common value pursuit. From a legal point of view, the full n of the labor rights of workers both for their own interests and rights, including workers for their own interests, and the interests of workers and other rights. It can be en that mutual aid among workers is also a kind of legal requirement. Therefore, the workers should help and love each other and pull together in times of trouble.
Self-protection awareness
Although labor relations are esntially a kind of social and economic interests, labor relations have personal attributes. At prent, the lack of lf-protection awareness of workers is the most obvious in the field of occupational safety and health.
