Abstract
It prents a detailed report of the project implemented to solve the problem that some of my students do not like doing the communicative activities I assign them to do in class or after class. It is hypothesized that students’ interest in communicative activities is greatly incread by better-designed pair work exercis. This hypothesis is verified by a four-week classroom teaching of the newly designed work exercis. Among the methods of scientific investigation ud are Cau analysis;Socratic dialogue and brainstorming.

1. Introduction
I have been teaching English at a village primary school for three years. During my teaching of recent years, I have found there are many problems students are faced in memorizing English words .Now I'll finish my further education in Gansu Central Radio and TV University Wu Wei Branch. I hop
e I can solve the problems which have troubled me for some theory into practice, which I learned from Gansu Central Radio and TV University Wu Wei Branch.
2. Summary of the preliminary rearch
2.1 Problem
The problem I face during my teaching is that it is hard for my most students to memorize English words .some students can’t memorize words. While some students can’t leave the words they have memorized in their minds for long time .I try to u my knowledge that I have studied in Gansu Central Radio TV University .to help them solve the problems.
2.2 Problem analysis
2.2.1 Cau analysis
In my teaching, I think the problem analysis have mainly three reasons: Firstly, becau my students are children of farmers. Families don’t speak English. My students think it to be not familiar .condly ,we can’t often speak English in my day life .They think that it is uless to learn English ,it’s enough to learn Chine well .Students don’t realized i nternational form .Thirdly ,some of students felt over l
oaded becau of the heavier homework assignments .Some students don’t want to memorize English words ,becau it takes too much time to memorize English words ,and they are forgetful .
2.2.2 Obrvation
In my teaching, I found the problem analysis have two reasons:
Some students don’t have interests in learning English. So they spending little time in remembering English words; Some students hardly not only read English texts,
but also can’t u English words that they have learned to write articles, So they can’t remember words easily.
As we all know, a good speaker needs to be able u accurate spelling , meaningful punctuation, appropriate vocabulary, correct grammar, clear handwriting and format, appropriate formality, as well as a variety of coherent ntence structures, and discour and rhetorical conventions. While some superficial features are easy for our students to notice, the u of cohesive devices needs to be emphasized. Cohesive devices play an important role in organizing ntences into a coherent text, so we will focus a little attention on them. Becau all of them are bad on English words.
2.3 Project objective:
In order to make students memorize words more quickly and easily, improve students’ English level.

It is hypothesized that students’ speed of memorizing words is improved by all kinds of techniques
3. Project rationale
A Combing veral old words to become some new words.
Finding two or more o ld words to memorize new words For example,“forgettable”,we can find “forget”and “table” in it. “blackboard,classroom,butterfly” and so on.
B Through finding out some differences and similar of the two words to remember words.
Finding out the differences and similar between old and new words, for example “light and right” have only one letter’s difference
C Through thinking of words opposition to remember words.
Face to new words, think of their opposite words ,which are that we have learned .For example ,when you learn “beneath” ,You can think of “on”.Becau“on”is our acquainted words ,and then you can remember it easily.
