Also, by screwing the adjusting nut 32, a holder 3 is oscillated through an inclination adjusting bolt 31. In this ca, a spherical projecting part 30 of the holder 3 slides against a spherical at 20 of the supporting body 2. As a result, an inclination angle of the holder 3 against the supporting body 2 is varied. That is, an inclination angle of a die 91 fixed to the holder 5 is varied. Thereafter, the wire habit of a metallic thin wire 90 is adjusted.
