The Spring Festival is the most important festival in China. It is also called the Chine New Year.
Before the Spring Festival, people will clean their hous and decorate them with red paper-cuts and couplets. On the eve of the Spring Festival, all family members will get together and have a big dinner. After dinner, people will watch the Spring Festival Gala on TV.
On the first day of the Spring Festival, people will get up early and put on new clothes. Then they will go to their relatives’ hous to say “Happy New Year” and give each other red envelopes. In the afternoon, people will go to the temple fairs to buy some traditional snacks and watch the dragon and lion dances.
On the cond day of the Spring Festival, people will go to the park to fly kites. In the evening, people will t off fireworks and firecrackers to celebrate the festival.
The Spring Festival is a time for family reunion and celebration. It is a time for us to express our best wishes for the coming year. I love the Spring Festival and I am looking forward to it every year.
