摘要:The prent invention concerns an improved quantitative one-tube fluorogenic real-time polymera chain reaction. The improvement exists in the u of very specific probes allowing much more reliable and fast analysis, since they allow the lective analysis of various pathogens and mRNAs coding for cytokines and other proteins. The improvement is obtained by using probes lectively hybridizing with the pathogens of interest.
