The lifting member and the bar receiving member are adapted to be driven by a common moving device in such a manner that the lifting member is linearly moved in an upward-downward direction in conjunction with a swing movement of the bar receiving member The structure designed to drive the lifting member and the bar receiving member by the common moving device makes it possible to reduce the number of components for a driving ction, and achieve structural simplification.
