BOTH OF THE BUYER AND THE SELLER AGREE TO SIGN THE PRESENT CONTRACT UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
买卖双方同意在以下合同条款下签订本合同：
1. Scope of Supply 供货范围
The description and specifications of the commodity and list are as defined in the technical ction attached to this Contract.
The scope of supply will be as the attachment.
货物的规格和描述详见技术附件。供货范围也在此文件中描述。
2. Contract Price 合同价格
The total contract price is (SAYS ONLY).
The above price is a fixed and firm price including charges for standard export packing and is for delivery FOB or other main aport of Europe (INCOTERM 2010). The Buyer will not make other payments to the Seller except otherwi stipulated in the Contract.

9. Packing: Standard Export Packing 包装(标准出口包装)
9.1 Wood package will be ud and a statement of Wooden
节拍英文Packaging issued by the Seller including that all woods is stamped with IPPC mark and compliant with ISPM15 regulation.
使用木质包装。卖方出具木质包装声明；木质包装印有IPPC标志并符合ISPM15规则。
9.2 The goods shall be packed in standard export packing
suitable for long distance ocean and inland transportation and well protected against dampness, shock, rust and rough handling. The Seller shall be liable for any loss attributable to inadequate or improper packing.
货物使用出口标准包装。包装适合长距离海运和内陆运输，能够防止潮湿、冲击、锈蚀和粗鲁的搬运。卖方应对包装不足或不正确带来的货物损失负责。
10. Marking 唛头
The Seller shall mark on each package with paints in English printed wordings: contract number, name of equipment, name of consignee, port of destination, gross weight, net weight, ca number, measurement (length, width, height, in cm), such cautions as “DO NOT STACK UP SIDE DOWN”, “HANDLE WITH CARE”, “KEEP AWAY FROM MOISTURE”, center of gravity and points for slinging (only on the package weighing 5 tons or more) and the following shipping mark:
