武汉天河机场三期扩建工程可行性研究

随着国民经济的持续、快速、健康发展,我国民航事业进入了一个蓬勃发展的时期。武汉天河机场于1995年4月15日一期建成通航,于2008年4月15日,以T2航站楼为主要标志的武汉机场二期扩建工程顺利完工并正式启用。但近年来,随着武汉天河国际机场的高速发展,机场的旅客吞吐量、货邮吞吐量、飞机起降架次高速增长,机场运行保障各项数据已经远远超出了机场航站楼的设计容量。因此,机场扩建势在必行。
本文以武汉天河机场三期拟扩建工程为背景,在分析武汉天河机场三期扩建项目基本情况的基础上,从项目投资宏观环境、项目技术工艺、项目环境影响、经济效益测算、投资敏感度等方面对机场扩建工程的可行性进行了论证,结合武汉机场的发展历史及展望,形成武汉天河国际机场三期扩建工程可行性研究报告。
本文首先对武汉天河机场的现状及扩建的必要性进行分析论证,然后运用文献研究法、调查法、技术经济评价法等综合武汉天河国际机场的历史生产数据和未来发展趋势,对机场扩建工程的技术、环境、经济等三个方面进行可行性分析。在技术可行性分析层面,主要是对机场扩建项目中各功能区建设的技术工艺及方案设计进行可行性分析,如飞行区工程、航站区工程等;在机场扩建工程环境可行性分析方面主要运用了调查取样法,通过对大气、噪声、生态环境等几个方面进行可行性分析;在经
济方面,对项目进行了经济效益分析、借款偿还分析和敏感性分析等,从而论证项目在财务评价指标和经济评价方面是否可行。
经研究,论文得出的主要结论是:武汉天河机场三期扩建工程在技术工艺方面,符合国家相关技术规范标准,满足机场范围内的施工建设要求;在环境保护方面,与武汉市环境功能区规划一致,工程位置选择是合理的,对周围环境影响是可以接受的;在经济效益方面,财务效益及抗风险能力较好,具有一定的投资价值。从宏观社会效益来看,本次扩建工程增加了机场的航空运输能力,这必将促进武汉市乃至周边地区社会经济文化的进一步发展,其国民经济效益显著。因此,武汉天河机场三期扩建工程项目是可行的。

English Abstract
With the sustained, rapid and healthy development of national economy, China's civil aviation has entered a period of vigorous development. The first-stage project of Wuhan Tianhe Airport was completed to be open to air traffic on April 15, 1995, and on April 15, 2008, as the landmark, the terminal T2 of the cond stage of Wuhan airport was completed and put into formal u. However, in recent years, with the rapid development of the airport, pasnger throughput, cargo and airmail t
hroughput, Take-off and landing flights have been high-speed growth. The airport operating and rvice data has already extends far beyond the design capacity of the terminal, therefore, the airport expansion must be imperative.
In this paper, the propod expansion project of the third-stage Wuhan Tianhe Airport project as the background; first of all, to analy the basic situation of expansion of Wuhan airport. And then demonstrate the feasibility of the Airport expansion project from: the macro environment of investment, technology , the environmental impact, the economy performance measurement, investment nsitivity and so on. Finally, in combination with the development and prospect of Wuhan airport, to form the report about the feasibility of the third-stage airport expansion project.

Primarily, this article analys and demonstrates the airport’s prent situation and the necessity of extension. The next, adopt literature rearch method, investigation method, technical and economic evaluation, all of which synthesized with the airport's historical production data and the future development trend, to analy the feasibility from technology, environment, economy of the expansion project. In the aspect of the technical feasibility analysis, it mainly analys about the technical craft and the conceptual design for each functional area construction, such as the airfield engineering, terminal area engineering. ly using survey sampling method according to the analysis of atmosphere, noi, and the ecological environment. On economic aspects, economic benefit analysis, loan repayment analysis, nsitivity analysis demonstrate whether the project is feasible between financial evaluation indicators and economic evaluation.
Through the rearch, the main conclusions are: the third-stage airport expansion project is in line with the relevant national technical regulations and standard, also meets at the airport within the scope of the construction requirements on technology aspects; Consistent environmental function areas with Wuhan City, reasonable project
site lection, acceptable environmental impact to the surroundings all apply to the environmental protection; It has a certain value of investment becau of good financial benefits and anti-risk capability in the aspect of economic benefit; From the macro social benefits, this expansion project increas the air transport capacity, which must promote the further development of Wuhan city and the surrounding area of society, economy and culture, makes better national economic benefits. Therefore, the three-pha expansion project of Wuhan Tianhe Airport is feasible.
