1.影响生产正常:燃烧不稳,床温易波动,不易调节,床温温度会偏低,返料调节不易控制,可能会造成熄火;
2.影响锅炉内部换热管道的寿命:低负荷燃烧,会出现给煤量和返灰量投入不均衡,造成换热管道受热不均,易导致管道局部超温,引起管壁过热,长时间运行会增加爆管发生的几率;
