 Participating in sports is important to physical health as well as spiritual health and social development. However,with the development of transportation and express delivery industry, people are getting more reluctant to take exerci. However with tho social transformation, the increasing number of gyms and sporting clubs had also attracted lots people’s attention towards exercising. fe. They treat sports as a priority above others. When you walking around the playground you can always e tho enthusiastic people running. They keep a habitual fitness behavior, when it comes to weekends they like to call up friends to go hiking or take other outdoor exerci. As a result this positive attitude bring them toned body and good figure.
The cond type is tho people neither like it nor dislike it just like the majority around us. Badminton or swimming is acceptable for this kind of people. They prefer gentle sports instead tho inten exerci. Even in PE exams tho people are reluctant to run extra miles. They like to participate in team sports during their leisure time while a regular exerci is what they can’t handle.And they didn’t care enough about their physique.Dispensable sports attitude is a buzz flow in our society.
The last type is tho people who totally refud to take any exerci at all and we called them couch potato. The most time they are just sitting at home enjoy the air condition. You might even say they hate exerci and fitness. Instead of walk their dog they ldom step out their hou. There is no motivation foe them to go to gym.They always told them
