兹经买卖双方同意按照以下条款由买方购进卖方售出以下商品：

PACKING:
货物包装在适于长途运输的木箱内, 要防潮, 防碰撞, 防腐蚀及野蛮装运。由于卖方不适当包装原因而造成的货损, 生锈等损害, 卖方应当负责。
To be packed in new strong wooden ca(s) suitable for long distance ocean transportation and well protected against dampness, moisture, shock, rust and rough han
dling. The Sellers shall be liable for any rust, damage and loss attributable to inadequate or improper protective measures taken by the Sellers in regard to the packing.
velo如货物使用木质包装，卖方应将表皮剥落并随运输单据向买方提交一份卖方国家有关动植物检验检疫部门签发的熏蒸证明，表明包装已经过热处理或熏蒸处理。包装箱上应显著标明处理的方式、地点和处理机构的名称代码。
如货物采用非木质包装，卖方应向买方提供非木质包装证明，表明未使用木质材料包括相应的办法。如有必要，卖方应提前将上述证明提交买方。
In ca the goods are packed in wooden ca(s), the Seller shall remove the cortex and submit to the Buyer together with the shipping documents , a fumigation quarantine certificate issued by competent official plant and animal quarantine authority of Seller`s county proving that heat treatment or fumigation treatment has been carried out. The package shall be conspicuously marked with the treatment measure, place, and name or code of the institution that carried out the treatment.
In ca the goods are packed in non-wooden ca(s), the Seller shall provide to the Buyer a written statement certifying that the non-wooden material was ud including the correspondence way.
If necessary, the Sellers shall nd the Buyers the a.m certificates by courier (express)
in advance.

在每个包装箱表面上, 应注明箱号, 体积, 毛重, 净重和如下字句: “此面向上”、“小心轻放”、“保持干燥”等, 搬运点及唛头也应由不褪色漆注明。
On the surface of each package, the package number, measurement, gross weight, net w
eight and the wordings “RIGHT SIDE UP”, “HANDEL WITH CARE”, “KEEP DRY”, the lifting position and the above shipping mark shall be stenciled with fadeless paint.

INSURANCE:
（1） FOB和CFR条件下：装运后由买方负责投保。
In ca of FOB of CFR condition: the buyers shall cover the insurance after shipment.
（2）CIF条件下：由卖方按发票金额的110%投保一切险。
In ca of CIF conditions: the llers shall cover the insurance for 110% of the invoice value against all risks.
10. 付款条件：
PAYMENT: for/by
（1）信用证条件下：买方在收到第12条规定的卖方装船通知后，装运期15-20天前，通过中国银行北京分行开出以卖方为受益人的不可撤消的信用证，金额为装运货物的总价。凭开证行开出的汇票和第11条规定的装船单据支付。信用证的有效期为装船后15天。
In ca by L/C: The Buyers, upon receipt from the Sellers of the shipping advice specified in Article 12 hereof, shall open an irrevocable Letter of Credit with the Bank of China Beijing Branch, 15-20 days prior to the date of delivery, in favor of the Sellers for an amou
nt equivalent to the total value of the shipment. The Credit shall be payable against the prentation of the draft drawn on opening bank and the shipping documents specified in Clau 11 hereof. The Letter of Credit shall be valid until the 15th day after the shipment is effected.
（2）托收条件下：在装运后，卖方通过卖方银行将第11条规定的装船单据提交中国银行北京分行，向买方收取货款。
In ca by Collection: After delivery is made, the Sellers shall nd the shipping documents specified in Clau 11 hereof from the Sellers’ bank, through the Bank of China, Beijing Branch to the Buyers for collection.
（3）信汇或电汇条件下：在收到第11条规定的装船单据7天内付款。
In ca by M/T or T/T: Payment shall be effected not later than ven days after receipt of the shipping documents specified under Clau 11 of this Contract.

Two copies of airway bill marked “Freight to Collect” or “Freight Prepaid”
to the Buyers;
空运邮包条件下：
In ca of air parcel post:
向买方提供的两份邮包收据；
Two copies of air parcel post receipt addresd to the Buyers；
内陆运输条件下：
In ca of overland transportation:
向买方提供两份铁路运输单据，注明“运费到付”或“运费已付”。
