Class maintenance is subject to compliance with the requirements of China Classification Society's (CCS's) Rules and Regulations and the attention is drawn to that the following circumstances would result in the suspension, withdrawal or cancel of Class:
船级的保持须符合中国船级社有关规范和规则的要求，应特别注意以下情况将会导致船级的暂停或取消:
1.For all the ships clasd with CCS, the class certificate will become
invalid and the class will be automatically suspended in any one of
the following cas:(1)When the special survey has not been completed within the period of time stipulated in the Rules and an extension is not granted by the Society, unless the vesl is under attendance for completion prior to resuming trading, by the due date;(2)When the Annual Survey has not been completed within three (3) months
of the due date of the annual survey, unless the vesl is under attendance (3)When the Intermediate Survey has not been completed within three (3)

3.For all the ships clasd with this society, the class certificate may of the surveys, by the due date:become invalid and the class may be suspended in any one of the
following cas, unless the vesl is under attendance for completion 8.7.6.5.(3)(4)(5)(6)(2)(1)4.(4)(3)(2)(1)When suspension or withdrawal of class of a ship becomes effective, the Society
will nd written notification to the Owner and the Administration of the flag State, and make an announcement on CCS
website available to the underwriters and other interested parties concerned.
Withdrawal of the class of a ship will be indicated in the Register of Ships or its
supplements or on the Society ’s website correspondingly.If the survey requirements related to maintenance of special notations are not
carried out as required, the suspension or withdrawal may be limited to tho special notations only.If, due to circumstances reasonably beyond the Owner's or the Society's control
(limited to such cas as: damage to the ship; unforeen inability of the Society to attend the ship due to the governmental restrictions on right of access or movement of personnel; unforeeable delays in port or inability to discharge cargo due to unusually lengthy periods of vere weather, strikes, or civil strife; acts of war, or other cas of force majeure) the vesl is not in
ballast, to an agreed port at which the survey will be completed

specified, the vesl ’s class will be withdrawn;At the request of the Owner;
For all the ships clasd with CCS, the Society may withdraw or cancel the class
of a ship in any one of the following cas:
When repairs to any damage, defect, breakdown or grounding has not been
mary kaycompleted as recommended and submitted for survey.When the other surveys required for maintenance of class, other than Annual,
Intermediate or Special Surveys, are not carried out by the due date and no
extension has been granted;When Continuous Survey items which are due or overdue at the time of Annual
Survey are not completed and no extension has been granted;When conditions of class or outstanding recommendations are not deleted by the
due date and no extension has been granted;(3)中间检验未在5年特别检验周期的第3个年度检验周
年到期日的后3个月内完成，除非船舶正在进行中间检验的完成检验；(2)
年度检验未在其周年到期日的后3个月内完成，除非船舶正在进行年度检验的完成检验；(1)
船舶未在CCS 规定的期限内完成船级特别检验且未经本社同意展期，除非在到期日前船舶便已开始进
行特别检验的完成检验（此检验应在恢复营运前完成）；1.凡经本社批准入级的船舶如遇有下列情况，其船级将自动暂停，入级证书将失效：(2)船舶发生任何可能使已授予的船级趋于失效的损坏、缺陷、故障或搁浅，且未在合理的第一时间向CCS 报告，或者在预期的修理开始之前未提交CCS 同
意。
(1)2.凡经本社批准入级的船舶如遇有下列情况，经确认本社可暂停其船级，且入级证书将失效：
船舶超出入级符号与附加标志规定的限制，以及批准的其他附加条件进行营运；
(4)(3)(2)(1)3.凡经本社批准入级的船舶如遇有下列情况，本社可暂停其船级，且入级证书将失效，除非在到期日之前验船师为完成这些检验已登轮：(6)未按时交纳检验费。
(5)船舶的船体与设备、轮机包括电气设备，遭受重大
损坏或发生其他情况，经确认已无法继续营运时，如沉没、拆船等；(4)当船舶因过期的年度检验、中间检验、特别检验或
本规范规定的其他建造后检验和/或过期的遗留项目/船级条件，而导致船级暂停达到6个月时，船级将被取消。对于处于搁置状态、正在等待对其事故的处置或正在进行恢复船级的检验的船舶，可以同意延长船级暂停期；(3)如果船舶在尚未完成要求其在开航前处理的遗留项
目或船级条件时出海航行，船级将立即被取消；(1)(2)4.如果导致船级暂停的情况未在规定的时间纠正，船
级将被取消；
5.如果任何损坏、缺陷、故障或搁浅的修理未按规定完成并检验。如果除年度检验、中间检验或特别检验以外其他建造后检验，未在到期日完成，且未经CCS 同意展期；
如果在年度检验时，到期或过期的循环检验项目未完成，且未经CCS 同意展期；
如CCS 给出的船舶遗留项目或船级条件在规定时间
内未消除，且未经CCS 同意展期应船东的申请；
凡经本社批准入级的船舶，如遇有下列情况，本社可取消其船级：

6.7.8.船舶的船级暂停或取消时，CCS 将以书面形式通知船
东、船旗国政府主管机关，并在中国船级社网站中登出，供保险商等有关利益方获悉。
取消船级的船舶，将在CCS 船舶录或其补录上给予相
应的公布。如只是因与保持特殊的附加标志有关的检验要求没有
按规定进行，则暂停或取消仅局限于相应的特殊附加标志。如果出现超出船东或CCS 正常控制能力的不可抗力（
船舶损坏；由于港口当局对人员入境或行动的限制导致的CCS 验船师意外地无法登轮；由于非正常的持续的恶劣天气、罢工或国内动乱造成的船舶在港口意外的拖延或无法卸货；战争或其他不可抗拒的外力）的情况，船舶在港时无法及
时完成到期检验项目，经船东申请，CCS 可同意船舶在保持船级情况下，直接航行到卸货港卸货，必要时，随后压载航行至将完成检验的港口。
