摘要：The purpo of the prent invention, which relates to an inductive nsor circuit, is to improve the respon speed of detecting and outputting the position of the cylinder exhaust valve of an engine. To this end, the inductive nsor circuit according to one embodiment of the prent invention compris: a detection circuit unit comprising a
condenr, which is connected in parallel to the inductor of an inductive nsor and forms an oscillation circuit, and a first control unit for receiving as an input, rectifying, smoothing, converting into a first digital signal, and outputting the electrical signal of an oscillation waveform generated by the oscillation circuit; a linearization circuit unit comprising a cond control unit for receiving as an input an analogue signal measured by the micrometer of the inductive nsor, converting same into a cond digital signal, comparing the cond digital signal with the first digital signal, and outputting a linearized data signal, a zero adjuster for adjusting the zero point of the data signal, and a span adjuster for adjusting the maximum value of the zero point; an output circuit unit comprising a third control unit for receiving as an input, converting into an analogue voltage signal, and outputting the data signal output by the cond control unit, a first operational amplifier for reading and outputting the code of the voltage signal input by the third control unit, and a cond operational amplifier for a
mplifying and transmitting to an external output terminal the voltage signal input by the first operational amplifier; and a power circuit unit for providing a constant voltage for circuit operation and supplying a reference voltage to an A/D converter embedded in the cond control unit.
