Abstract
Many companies are worrying about the lack of talented person. The lack of professional talents and leaders, who could work independently, has become a problem restricting the enterpris’ development.There’re two main factors that affect the development of talented people. First, place too much stress on the introduction of talent resources and ignore the investment in personnel training. Second, the model of enterpris’ personnel training is too simplistic and formulaic.
Enterpris in Japan and other countries attach particular importance to personnel training which are made according to their characteristics. Their personnel’s training is not only the thing of the human resources department, but also the responsibility of specialists and managers at all levels. This is also why their enterpris’ have an endless stream of talented people. Even though there are huge differences between China and Japan in society and economy, its measures of personnel training is worthy of our reference.
