4.1 检定：由法定计量技术机构确定并证实测量器具是否完全满足规定要求，而做的全部工作。

6.3 使用部门职责
Responsibilities of using depts.
1) 负责监视和测量装置使用过程中的日常维护、保养工作。

7.0 培训和资格Training and qualification
7.1 测量仪器校正与管理人员须经过本程序的培训

8.0 程序内容Procedure content
8.1 如有新购检测和试验设备，设备到厂后，通知维修部/品保部和采购的部门办理验收手续，查
smiley face看合格证/说明书等文件资料是否齐全，合格则进行编号并将有关资料保存；品保部负责登记，制定校准计划。未验收仪器须贴上试用标签，测试结果仅作为参考。购置设备、仪器前，技术、品保部门应
根据被测产品/过程特性来确定设备、仪器的精度。精度标准如下：

Repairing dept /QA dept and purchasing dept do checking and accepting procedure and check whether certificates are complete and number the satisfactory ones and save relevant data .QA dept are responsible to register and make calibration plan .Technique dept and QA dept identify the precision of equipment and instrument in accordance with characteristics of products /process to be tested before purchasing equipment and instrument .Precision standard is as follow :

8.4 对本公司有检定/校准能力的测量设备，由本公司进行检定/校准。

对本公司没有检定/校准能力的测量设备应委托有资格、有能力且通过ISO/IEC17025认可或国家等效文件认可的商业/独立实验室，或顾客承认的政府计量技术机构进行检定/校准。当选择实验室进行校准时，必须确认该实验室的范围包括此种设备的校准。

8.5 当试验软件或可以比较标准(如试验硬件)用作检验手段时，使用前应加以检验，并按规定周期
加以复验和保存记录作为控制的依据。当生产线连续生产，测量设备不能按期送检，需要超过有效期使用时，由使用单位向计量部门提出申请，经品保部经理审核批准，可延长使用期限，
但最长不超过原检定周期的1/12，到期后须立即送检。

且库房应具备通风、防潮、防腐等基本条件，确保准确度和适用性保持完好。

备的用途、稳定性、使用频率、生产环境及准确度要求，合理的制定测量设备的检定/校准周期，并形成文件。
