DATES OF PROMOTION: “Luv U Zoo Baby Shower at the Toledo Zoo Sweepstakes” (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 5 AM Eastern Time (ET) on September 11, 2010 and ends at 5 AM ET on September 13, 2010 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). ELIGIBILITY: In order to be eligible for entry into the Sweepstakes, at the time of entry, you must be: 1) expecting a child, 2) physically located in the State of Ohio, and 3) 18 years of age or older with a unique valid Social Security number or Tax Identification number as of the date of entry. Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spou, regardless of where they live, or persons living in same houhold, whether related or not) of Fisher-Price, Inc., The Sherwin-Williams Company, The Container Store Inc., Stacey Crew, Adams Media, F+W Media, Inc. Co., and their respective subsidiaries, parent companies, divisions, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, distributors, sales reprentatives, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies including but not limited to, Eric Mower and Associates (“Sweepstakes Administrat
or”) herein (collectively the “Sweepstakes Entities”) are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. HOW TO ENTER:
A) IN PERSON: During the Sweepstakes Period, attend a Luv U Zoo baby shower event ssion at the Toledo Zoo
(located at OH 25, Anthony Wayne Trail between South Avenue and Woodsdale Ave / Harvard Blvd., Toledo,
Ohio). Obtain the Official Entry Form at the baby shower event registration / check-in table. Complete and
submit the Official Entry Form, including a valid home address, date of birth, phone number and email address.
B) MAIL-IN: Complete a hand printed 3 ½-inch x 5-inch postcard to include the name of the Sweepstakes and yourhighlander
full name, physical address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, phone number, and email address (if any).
Send entries in a stamped envelope to: “Luv U Zoo Baby Shower at the Toledo Zoo”, P.O. Box 7465, Prospect Heights, IL 60070. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 13, 2010 and received by September 17, 2010. No mechanically or programmatically reproduced entries are permitted. Neither Sponsor nor any Sweepstakes Entity is responsible for lost, late, stolen, misdirected, damaged, undeliverable, mechanically reproduced, impermissible, illegible, postage due or incomplete entries, regardless of cau. P.O. Boxes are not permitted.
Limit one entry per person. Any attempt by an entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different, identities, registrations, and/or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.Neither the Sponsor nor the Sweepstakes Administrator will verify receipt of entries for entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned.
DRAWING / ODDS OF WINNING: Sweepstakes Administrator is an independent judging organization who decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the lection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Administrator will randomly lect the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period on or about September 21, 2010. If a participant’s entry is drawn and has met the Sweepstakes’ criteria as stated in the Official Rules, such participant is a tentative prize winner and the tentative prize winner must comply with the respon time guidelines to be eligible to receive the prize. If a tentative prize winner is found ineligible or fails to comply with the Official Rules, the tentative prize winner’s claim to a prize is forfeited and an alternate entry will be randomly lected. The odds of winning a prize in the Sweepstakes will be determined by the total number of entries received by the Sweepstakes’ end date. Tentative Grand Prize winner will be notified on or about September 27, 2010 via express package delivery (nt to the address provided as part of the participant’s entry). Sweepstakes Administrator must receive a reply to such notification by return package delivery within five (5) business days from the date of contact. The tentative Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Relea (“Affidavit”) and include it with such reply. First Prizes will be shipped directly to winners (nt to the address provided as part of the participant’s entry).

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $900.
TWENTY (20) FIRST PRIZES: one (1) Fisher-Price Newborn Rock ‘n Play Sleeper™. ARV: $50.00. The Total ARV of all the First Prizes is $1,000.00.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: The value of the prize is taxable as income to the prize winner. In addition, each prize winner is solely responsible, at his/her own cost, for all matters relating to the prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes as related to the acceptance and u of the prize. No transfer, assignment or substitution of prize is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize winner is required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. Sponsor rerves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if prize becomes unavailable. Prize winners are solely responsible for all items/expens EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE SPECIFICALLY INDICATED IN THE OFFICIAL RULES. The Grand Prize winner will be issued an IRS 1099 form for the actual value of the prize for the year in which actual prize value was received.

NY 14202, which is responsible for overeing the lection of winners and the awarding of all prizes. Its decisions are final and binding regarding the conduct of this promotion.
