“五点”看穿look的用法

A cat may look at a king. 你知道这条谚语的意思吗？猫也可以看国王吗？其实这条谚语的确切引申义是“人人平等。”动词financial crisislook的用法较多且比较灵活，而且也是高考常考语言点，现将其用法归纳如下：
1. 用作不及物动词，意为“看，望，瞧”。
1） 单独使用
only girl (in the world) 例如：Look before you leap. 三思而后行。
2） 和介词或副词连用
look + 介词
look after 照顾，照料，关心
look at 看……，注视……；考虑；检查
look for 寻找
look into 调查，研究
look like 看起来像
aside look through 翻阅，浏览
look to 注意，负责
【经典例析1】（2009江西卷）It is reported that the police will soon the ca of two missing children.
A. look upon B. look after
C. look into D. look out
【解析】答案选C。look upon看作；look after照看； look into调查；look out小心。
句意：据报道，警察将很快着手调查两个小孩失踪的案件。
【经典例析2】（2009湖北卷）Would you plea the paper for me and e if there are any obvious mistakes？
A. look around B. look into
C. look up D. look through
【解析】答案选D。look around环顾；look into调查；look up查找；look through浏览。句意：你能帮我浏览一下文件看是否有明显的错误吗？
look + 副词
look about/around 环顾四周（about, around亦可当作介词）

look in （顺便）来访
look on 旁观
look out 向外看；注意，当心，小心
puls look over 没关系的英文打量；审阅；检查
look up 查阅，查找

【解析】答案选A。look up查找；tdelook at看；look for寻找；look into调查。句意：我经常在词典里或网络上查生词。
