回答:我们会在接到通知后一个工作日内为新员工办理考勤指纹录入工作,并在每月5日前完成全体员工的考勤核对工作。在核对时,我们会认真对照员工的请假、换班、加班表,如有不符,如实记录。此外,我们要求病假、丧家、婚嫁必须有相应证明。核对完成后,我们会制成《考勤记录表》,并报告人力资源经理和总经理。我们会管理员工各类劳动合同和员工档案,并分类保存并编号。无关人员(除人事经理、总经理以外的人员)不得随意调看合同和档案。
