摘要：PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for paying with lling bonds according to a transfer/deliver contract for the bonds authorized on line is provided to prevent chain reaction bankruptcies by enabling a financial institution to receive a detailed statement of a lling bond determined through a communication network, and by enabling the financial institution to receive the certification of a transfer/deliver contract for using the statement as a mortgage. CONSTITUTION: A financial institution makes a contract for entering into a mortgage contract with a cooperative company(S20). In ca that the cooperative company provides articles to a purchasing company, the everydayenglish
purchasing company transmits detailed statements of lling bonds to the financial institution(S21). In ca that the detailed statements are transmitted, a lling bond statement collection unit in the financial institution collects the detailed statements of lling bonds(S22). The financial institution enables the cooperative company to confirm the detailed statements
by a lling bond statement confirmation unit(S23). The purchasing company is notified of a lling bond transfer notice(S24). The purchasing company checks the notice and the legal date of payment(S25). The financial institution notifies the cooperative company that the purchasing company accepts the notice(S26). The financial institution provides loaned money to the cooperative company determined by the purchasing company(S27). The purchasing company pays an amount of money for the lling bonds to the financial institution(S28).
