4.0 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS 一般要求

4.1 An overview of the Engineering Change Notice (ECN), Temporary Engineering Change Notice (TECN) generation flow is found in Attachment 1 and 2.

4.2 Initiator to fill up an ECN form. For the ECN form, refer to Form DC30003_A and For

m DC30003_B in ca additional page/s is required (e Attachment 3-A and 3-B).

发起人填写ECN表格。关于ECN可能的英文表，参考Form DC30003_A 和 Form DC30003_B
