1.Personal background
Eunice, female, born in 1988, started studying in the first major of Public Administration in South China Agricultural University in September 2007, and started the dual degree in major of Electronic Information Engineering in September 2009, finally finished the two degrees at the same time and graduated in June 2011, studying MBA program in Arkansas State University now.
2. Analysis insight
(1) Strengths:
* As an international student, I can speak foreign language naturally. Especially China is becoming a huge market with full of potential.
*I communicate well with my team. I treat people sincere and good at listening to others and synthesizing their ideas. I’m so attentive that I always consider things with more perspectives and make ideas into practical plans. For example: I formed a team with two classmates from Indian to work on the projects tho professor orders. Although we are from different country and our pronunciations a
re very different, I still can find ways to catch up with them, such as writing it down, repeat their ntences in my word, to make sure I didn’t misunderstand.
When we need to organized a meeting, I usually collect all time we will be free, and choo an appropriate time integrating with other factors as rare abortion, good spirits.
*I have a strong n of responsibility. I usually love what I’m working on. I work riously.
Besides I’m willing to learn and good at using what I have learned. That’s why I studied double degree in my undergraduate degree. The knowledge of two different major can help
me premeditate things comprehensive, and the skill that I learned can merge together to help

*I’m too conrvative about work. And I work without enough risk-taking. I need to improve my innovation.
* I have little experience in organization and management. I try to work in the society such as working as a cretary in a company’s human resources department, I have n’t predominated the skill to manage or organize.
* I need a strict schedule to plan everything, or I’ll stay in ado. This shows obvious when I enjoined the summer vocation, though I decided to learn Japane at the start of the holiday, I fail to finish it becau I didn’t make a rigorous program.
3. Analysis outsight:

* Analysis on the major, We can learn management methods and techniques more professional than other students. There is no doubt that we will be more professional in management. And all companies need management staff. So demanding from the market, this profession is very promising.

*WTO countries are facing a globalization situation, which provide more opportunity in a broader arena to show personal advantage. And the world economy is waking up from the financial tsunami in 2008, that would create more jobs.
* It can’t be ignored that the ASU itlf provides me with excellent hardware and software conditions. I have opportunity to participate in a number of rearch projects, applying my knowledge, accumulating more experience, and have many opportunities to contact with nior in industry.
* I’m studying with many best students, which makes me have many occasions to learn from them and build good relationships with them.

* Globalization also means that international competition and challenges, companies demands for higher quality to individual. For example: employer hire people who know how to type 30 years ago, but they want employees know how to u computer, even programming.
* There are so many excellent candidates participating in this competition while the opportunity is not necessarily equal. That will be a competition not only knowledge, but also for individuals to identify and ize chances to demonstrate my ability to test.
