要
现代企业必须牢固树立人本管理的理念,才能在人才竞争的市场上占据上风,进而取得经济竞争的优势。人本管理是现代企业管理理论的主要内容之一,其核心思想是“尊重人、关心人、实现人的价值”。在以知识为显著特征的新经济时代,人是知识的承载体,因此人本管理是企业激活整体竞争力的法宝。本文阐述了企业人本管理的理论内涵、具体内容及其实际意义,将为丰富现代管理理论和提高企业的管理效益提供有价值的材料。在当代,以人为本的管理思想受到了前所未有的重视,人们普遍认识到,管理的关键在人,在于如何调动员工的积极性,发挥人的最大潜能。以外
在我国企业管理实践中,人们也逐步认识到树立以人为本的管理理念的重要性,企业员工关系管理作为人力资源管理的重要组成部分,影响着企业业绩。本文以比亚迪为例,旨在揭开我国企业中员工关系存在的问题,提出解决问题的一些建议和措施,希望可以帮助我国的企业改善员工关系,留住人才,以更好地发展企业。
