就业是民生之本，大学生就业已成为当今中国经济发展中备受关注的社会热点问题。随着中国高等教育
从精英教育向大众教育的转变，越来越多的青年人获得了接受高等教育的机会，然而由此所产生的就业需求与经济发展中用人单位难以短时间提供足够的就业岗位供给之间的矛盾使得当前大学生就业形势依然严峻。大学生就业关系到人才强国战略的实施，关系到广大人民群众的切身利益，关系到社会和谐稳定，关系到高等教育事业持续健康的发展①。就业问题的研究和解决显得尤为迫切。但是影响大学生就业竞争力的主要因素是哪些？个人基本条件、就业规划意识、就业准备与就业竞争力之间的关系是如何？这些问题虽然较为简单，但难以在目前的资料中找到有力的证据，相关系统的研究也是少之又少。本研究围绕大学生个人基本条件、就业规划意识、就业准备与就业竞争力的关系展开，试图为这一系列问题提供系统性研究，为我国政府制定就业政策、高校开展就业指导工作、大学生就业竞争力的自我提升提供一些科学依据。

本研究在查阅文献的基础上，结合237份开放式问卷，设计了调查问卷，借助330份样本的试测对问卷进行了修订，编制了正式问卷对1500位大学毕业生进行了调研，获得了第一手数据，并运用SPSS17.0和AMOS7.0进行了数据分析，运用探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析、方差分析、多元线性回归、结构方程模型等研究方法，力图对大学生就业规划意识、就业准备、就业竞争力的结构、特点，以及他们的关系进行系统的探讨，共包括五项研究：大学生就业规划意识的研究；大学生就业准备的研究；大学生就业竞争力的研究；大学生个人基本条件、就业规划意识、就业准备与就业竞争力的关系研究；基于大学生就业竞争力提升的就业规划意识、就业准备的对策措施研究。
长沙培训经过实证研究，并结合部分访谈结果，本研究获得以下主要结论：

（1）通过开放式问卷的内容分析、信度检验、验证性因素分析得出，大学生就业规划包含三个维度，分别是：就业规划目标意识、就业规划手段意识、就业规划价值意识；通过方差分析得出不同群体的大学生在就业规划意识上存在显著性差异。
（2）通过开放式问卷的内容分析和文献分析提取就业准备的条目，运用探索性因素分析探索出大学生就业准备包括就业能力准备、社会实践经验、自我认知准备、求职行动准备、政策形势准备、就业目标设计和就业技巧准备七个因素；通过方差分析得出不同群体的大学生在就业准备上存在显著性差异。

（3）通过文献和德尔菲法构建起大学生就业竞争力指标评价体系，提出大学生就业竞争力可以由就业机会、就业成本、就业效率、就业质量四大指标来评价，并对当前大学生就业竞争力的特点进行了归纳，并对不同就业竞争力大学生进行了比较研究。生活大爆炸第三季第九集
（4）影响大学生就业竞争力的个人主要因素是个人基本条件、就业规划意识、就业准备三大要素。
个人基本条件对就业规划意识、就业准备、就业竞争力有显著影响，就业规划意识、就业准备对就业竞争力有显著影响，就业准备对就业竞争力有显著影响。具体来讲，总体来看，大学生个人基本条件、就业规划意识、就业准备中的就业能力准备、学生干部、求职行动准备、学习成绩、学校层次、学历、就业规划目标意识、就业规划手段意识对就业竞争力有显著影响，解释力达30.9%。
（5）基于大学生就业竞争力提升，我们提出政府、高校、学生三方共建，提高大学生个人基本条件、增强就业规划意识、做好就业准备。

ABSTRACT
Employment is a foundation of people's livelihood .Undergraduate employment has become the hot issue of concern in China's economic development. With that the higher education of China changes elite education into mass education, more and more young people get the access to higher education. But the contradiction between employment requirement and employment position that the employers don’t provide much with economic development in the short period of time is still rious in the current of undergraduate employment situation.
Undergraduate employment is related to the enforcement of Strengthening the Country through Talents, vital interest of mass people, social stability, sustaining and health development of higher education. The study and solution on the problem of employment is very urgent. Which is the key factor in the influence of undergraduate employment Competitiveness? What are the relationships of individual basic condition, awareness of employment planning, employment preparation and employment Competitiveness? The problems are just easy, but are difficult to finding powerful evidence in the existing data. The related and systemic studies are so little. This study surrounds the relationships of individual basic condition, awareness of employment planning, employment preparation and employment Competitiveness, and tries to provide systemic study for the ries problems. In the same time, it can also provide scientific basis for formulating employment policies, launching employment guidance, and promoting employment Competitiveness.
This study is bad on literature, and combines 237 open-ended questions to design the questionnaire. Through empirical rearch, combined with some interviews, the main conclusions of this study were the following:
