大豆种子LOXgyms活性与电导率的相关性研究

        zophone摘要[目的]研究大豆种子脂肪氧化酶(LOX)活性与种子活力及耐藏性的关系。[方法]107个大豆品种(系)为试验材料,测定新收获种子的LOX活性和电导率;将种子常规贮藏7个月,再测定陈种子的LOX活性和电导率,对新、陈种子分别进行LOX活性与电导率的相关分析。[结果]讨论话题新、陈大豆种子的LOX活性均与种子浸泡液电导率不存在相关性。[结论]研究初步认为,大豆LOX活性与种子活力及耐藏性没有明显关系。

clutch        Abstract[Objective] The paper was to study the relationship of LOX activity between soybean ed vigor and storability. [Method] The new eds and old eds stored in 7 monthes conventionallly of 107 soybean varieties were taken advantage of materials to determine the lipoxygena LOX activity and the electric conductivity. Then the relationship between the ed storability and the lipoxidas activity in soybean was analyzed. [Result] The result showed there are no correlation between the lipoxygena activity and the soaked electric conductivity in new and old soybeans ed. [Conclusion] It was preliminary thought that there was no significant relationship between lipoxygena activity and ed storability in soybean ed.
