0 引言grade是什么意思
养殖业的成败主要由3方面因素决定:品种、饲养、管理。饲料质量决定着饲养结果,一定要把好饲料原料质量关。畜禽饲料原料主要有玉米、豆粕、麸皮、石粉及预混料等组成,玉米、石粉、预混料的质量比较容易把控,但豆粕和麸皮的质量容易被工作人员忽略。
1 豆粕的用途与鉴别
豆粕是大豆提取豆油后得到的副产品,又称为大豆粕。根据提取豆油方法的不同,可把豆粕分为一浸豆粕和二浸豆粕。采用浸提法生产的豆粕称为一浸豆粕,而先采用压榨法再经过浸提法生产的豆粕称为二浸豆粕。一浸豆粕的工艺比较先进,豆粕中蛋白质含量高,是我国国内目前豆粕市场上的主流产品。豆粕呈不规则碎粒状,颜色一般为淡黄色,有炒大豆的香味,市场主要销
售蛋白质含量43%和46%的豆粕[1]。1.1 豆粕的用途
1.1.1 直接用于畜禽饲料keying
豆粕用途最大的就是作为畜禽饲料原料。豆粕富含蛋白质且氨基酸比较平衡,易被动物体消化吸收利用,性价比高,更为重要的是豆粕质量可靠,货源充足,进货方便,不易短缺,是饲料公司畜禽饲料中首选的蛋白原料。
