一.概 述General
S型泵系单级、双吸、水平中开式卧式离心泵,供输送不含固体颗粒的清水或物理、化学性质类似于清水的其它液体,被输送介质的温度为0℃~80℃,允许进口压力为0.6MPa,适用于工厂、城市、电站、农田、水利工程等领域的给排水用泵。
Type S pump belongs to single-stage double-suction split centrifugal pump. It transfers clear water or pure liquids physically and chemically similar to clear water. The temperature of the liquid is 0 oC~80 oC. Permissible maximum inlet pressure is 0.6 MPa. They are widely ud for water supply & drainage in fields of factories, cities, mines, power stations and farmlands as well as water conrvancy.

泵的过流部件材质为铸铁。轴端密封既可用填料密封也可用机械密封(单端面非平衡型),用户可自行选择轴封密封方式。从电机端看,泵为顺时针方向旋转。

echanical al (single-end non-balanced type) according to customer’s requirements. The pump rotation direction is clockwi viewing from motor to pump.
若用户需改变泵过流部件材质,增加轴伸及改变泵的旋转方向,均可与本公司协商解决。
The material of the media-contacting parts and the pump rotation can be changed according to customer’s requirements.
二.结构说明Structure Description
该泵主要由泵体、泵盖、密封环、密封部件及转子部件组成。密封部件为填料时包括填料、填料环、填料压盖等,当为机械密封时包括机械密封、机封压盖等。转子部件主要由轴及装在轴上的叶轮、轴套组成,轴上零件采用平键和圆螺母固定、锁紧,使之成为一体。整个转子由两端轴承支撑,轴承部件为滚动轴承结构。
The pump mainly consists of pump casing, pump cover, wearing ring, al parts and rotors. Packing al includes packing, packing ring, packing gland, etc. For mechanical al it is also include mechanical al gland. The rotor parts consist of shaft, impeller, sh
aft sleeve, etc. The parts on the shaft are fixed by keys and round nuts as a whole. The rotor was supported by two end roller bearings.
泵为卧式安装,吸入口和吐出口均在泵中心线下方,与泵轴垂直。泵体、泵盖沿泵轴中心水平分开,检修时不需拆卸进水、出水管路和电机,拆开联轴器联接螺栓和泵盖即可取出转子部件进行维修,十分方便。
小学英语学习培训班The pump was installed horizontally. The inlet and outlet are both under the pump centerline and perpendicular the pump shaft. The pump casing and cover are horizontal split along shaft. It is not necessary to disasmbly the inlet and outlet pipe or motor while maintenance. The rotor can be taken out easily by loon the connecting bolts of the couplings pump cover.

三.泵的装配与安装网上交友Installation and asmbly
1.转子部件的装配The asmbly of the rotor
装配轴承时采用二硫化钼润滑脂润滑,润滑脂占轴承体空间的70%为宜
Molybdenum disulfide grea will u while asmbly the bearing. The quantity should be of 70% the bearing hou.
(1)把轴平放在平台或其它适合的支撑上;
Put shaft on a platform or other suitable support;
(2)把叶轮键放入轴中央的键槽内,装上叶轮;
Put impeller key in the slot in middle of the shaft and asmbly the impeller;
(3)在叶轮两边装上轴套、轴套螺母,用钩扳手稍拧紧轴套螺母;
Asmbly the shaft sleeve and the sleeve nut at both ends of the impeller and screw down the nut tightly by hook spanner.
(4)在叶轮两边套上填料环和填料压盖(对装机械密封的,装上机械密封和机封压盖);
Put on the packing ring and packing gland at both end of the impeller for packing al. For mechanical al, asmbly the mechanical al and mechanical al gland.
(5)把密封环套在叶轮上;
Asmbly the wearing ring on the impeller.
(6)在从动端装上挡水圈、内侧轴承压盖、轴肩挡套、轴承和圆螺母并拧紧,把轴承体装到轴承上,并拧紧轴承压盖与轴承体的连接螺栓;

Then put the water-proof ring, inner bearing gland, shaft shoulder sleeve, bearing and round nut on the driven end and screw them down. Asmbly the bearing hou with bearing and then screw down the connecting bolts of bearing gland and bearing hou.
(7)在主动端装上挡水圈、内侧轴承压盖(带纸垫)、轴承,然后将轴承体装上,连接轴承压盖与轴承体并拧紧轴承压盖与轴承体的连接螺栓;
