摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prent a pizza oven with a gas burner provided straight at the back of the oven to be excellent in display effect while allowing the inside of the heat chamber to be heated in a short time by efficiently using hot air heated by the gas burner.SOLUTION: The pizza oven has a dome-shaped shell body 10 made of bricks. A pizza charging port 4 for taking in and out pizzas is provided at the front side of the pizza oven, and a gas burner 15 is arranged at the depth side of the oven facing the pizza charging port. Current plates 16 for guiding hot air heated by the gas burner into the inside are provided around the inside of the pizza charging port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
