1.在本工艺安装前,螺旋桨及与其相配的螺旋桨轴均已经精加工好,并经验船师和船东认可完毕。
Propeller shaft and stern tube al to be preinstalled according to the drawing requirement and confirmed by owner & surveyor.
2.螺旋桨锥孔与尾轴锥体的刮配
Scraping fitting job for interface between Propeller cone hole and tail shaft taper
螺旋桨放在码头上,如图:放置锥孔大端朝上, 叶片用木墩垫好,用水平仪将毂朝上端面调正到水平位置,确保水平度在0.5/1000范围内,然后用吊车将吊钩吊在专用吊环上吊起尾轴,用框式水平仪将尾轴校垂直,并对准螺旋桨锥孔的轴中心线,慢慢地把尾轴放下使尾轴锥体恰好插入锥孔内,将尾轴吊起,在尾轴锥体上涂色油,再放下尾轴
当尾轴锥体与螺旋桨锥孔配合的相应位置距离等于50~100MM时急放吊车刹车,使尾轴借自重快速落下插入锥孔内再吊起刮削,反复进行,从粗刮到精刮,直至尾轴锥体与螺旋桨锥孔的接触面积在75%以上,且每一平方英寸的面积上不少于3~4点,并且接触面应该用0.03mm的塞尺检查,锥孔大端接触面应好于小端,即大端接触点要略硬。本螺旋桨为无键连接,但尾轴与螺旋桨的配刮时的方向同样要固定,以便安装时照此方向。
Put the Propeller on the dock and support by wooden pieces and keep it horizontal as figure . Have the large taper hole of Propeller upward, and keep the horizontal deflection of the large taper hole plane of the propeller in the range of 0.5/1000, Lift the tail shaft using hook and special lifting ring, adjust tail shaft vertical by frame gradienter and keep it
s centerline as same as the propeller ,then lower the tail shaft slowly and make the screw shaft cone inrt into the taper hole of propeller , lift the tail shaft and put some blue oil on the slope face of the tail shaft. lower it slowly until the height to the propeller top is about 5o-100, then lower it as fast as possible . let the tail shaft fallen down by its weight, after this , lift the tail shaft and scrape the taper hole of propeller , put blue oil on the taper face again, let the stern shaft fallen down again , scrape the taper hole of propeller again until the interface more than 75%, and keep at least 3 or 4 point in per square inch to be found and the contact face of the taper hole large end is better than the other end. The interface also should be checked by feeler of thickness 0.03 mm . After the steps ,we can say the interface between the slope face of tail shaft and the taper hole of the propeller is OK. As the propeller is keyless connection so marks should be made and pain attention to when matching, so that install according to the marks.
3.螺旋桨安装时的准备条件
Requirements before installation
1)前后轴承按要求安装到位,尾轴及前密封暂时布置到相对准确的位置,放入尾轴管内,并经船检和船东认可。
After and fore bearing should be fitted completely, and propeller shaft and fore al equipment should be t in the stern tube. And the jobs must be inspected and approved by RINA surveyor and ship owner. yonah
2)在现场验船师和船东代表的监督下先将艉密封装置布置于艉轴上,暂不固定,然后将螺旋桨安装到艉轴上,(安装螺旋桨时,请调整好螺旋桨与尾轴的径向位置,左右偏差不能超过5mm),并将液压螺母安装到位(参照轴系布置图M252-104)。
Put the after al equipment on the shaft under RINA surveyor and ship owner’s surveillance, (it can not fixed now), then put the propeller on the shaft. Adjust the mark on the circumferential direction and keep the deviation within 5mm in right and left direction. Now we can cure the hydraulic nut to the correct position according to the drawing of shaft arrangement (drawing No.: M252-104mylove什么意思).
3)将泵接到桨壳和液压螺母上,注入液压油,直到放气口有液压油溢出即可,同时拧紧放气旋塞。
Connect flexible ho as attached drawing piping system. Then vent out air in the hyd. nut and in the propeller boss by using the manual pump, after that tighten the plugs on the propeller and hydraulic nut.
4.螺旋桨的安装
Installation of propeller
1)根据现场的环境温度(用点温计点取每片桨叶的根部和尾轴的温度),确定出螺旋桨的实际压入量:即0℃时的压入量为15.47 mm,35℃的压入量为13.48mm。其他温度对应的压入量见下表见表:压入量L(mm)与环境温度t(℃)。
According to table push-up distance & temperature, decide the distance bad on the temperature of the hyd. nut & propeller. (Location is to be between each blade root and on the shaft.) According to message supplied by maker HHI, the push-up distance is 15.4
7mm at temperature 0℃, and the distance is 13.48mm at temperature 35℃. Others intermediate distance between the values can be calculated by linear interpolation, and shown in following tab

螺旋桨零位的确定:
Decide 0 point.
根据无键连接计算:当在干态(仅有油供给液压螺母,螺旋桨无涨毂压力的状态 )时,当压力达到692KN(对应的压强为:压力/液压螺母活塞面积=692*103N/1173cm2=59bar)时,认为该点为零点位置。
According to result of push-up calculation for keyless propeller supplied by MASTEK HEA
VY INDUSTRIES CO. LTD :we can get 0 point when push-up press is 692KN (corresponding pressure is 59bar) in dry-type condition.
我们在现场安装时,可用以前作图求零点的方法验证如下:在干态时,当压力表压力达到50bar时,千分表重新调零。然后每压入0.2mm为一取值点,记下压力-压入量的值。取3~4点,然后按图3作出零点位置。
Clo valve a and b , open the valve c, then pump oil into the propeller nut, when the oil pressure up to 50bar, adjust the centigrade gauge to zero position, then stop, and record the oil pressure per 0.2mm (pull up length). Then make a rectangular coordinate as shown in fig.3, and point A is the zero position. Then regular the centigrade to zero.
2)根据上述零点的位置,确定出需要的压入量。
Decide the push-up distance according to the zero point.
3)打开阀门a和b,启动液压油泵,逐步升高液压螺母压力和螺旋桨涨毂压力。根据现场测量的温度,将螺旋桨压到位。允许压入量偏差为2%。
在压油的同时,每隔1mm记录下对应的压力,并将记录结果计入。并将记录结果与附表-压入量表相比较作校核。
Open the valve a and b, start the liquid to press the oil pump A. Pressure to the hydraulic nut and propeller boss interface and poitrine them in step with distance about 1mm. Push-up to the designed distance corresponding to the 英文cmsmeasured temperature. (allowable deviation of push-up distance is to be within 2%).
