People can learn from her or his own experience through the reflection, then update the information to a higher understanding and align future actions with person’s reflected values and experiences.

I was always anxious about writing and prentation last year. There was a lot of work for me to improve my writing skill since I was not good at it. The purpo of academic and professional excellence cour is to help us with language practice, employability, academic knowledge, interpersonal relationship, and comprehension of social culture.
Last mester, my writing skills had improved a lot in the APE cour, and when finished the report, what I have learned is to arch for relevant resource and information with different styles, and u a clear structure with correct grammar and rich vocabularies to write the APA referencing style. Moreover, I got some professional knowledge about functions of corporate social responsibility and importance in hotel market, in which CSR has various不言而喻翻译 aspects in business, as follows: human resource, environment, market place, workplace and ethic. In this mester，the tutor grouped us into three to do a prentation, which reminds me
of the visit to Leopold hotel, there I deeply understood its current business, local hotel market, competitor analysis, and some challenges in developing. Then I cho it as my topic and ud a clear framework to analyze the Leopold hotel situation, such as SWOT, and five forces. In the process of prentation, I ud the prezi for the first time, which is an excellent tool to give a lecture. Although I got some negative comments in grammar mistakes and naughtysuggestions finally, I knew how to manage time and speed of speech for a prentation. After that, I became more and more confident in prentation, including speaking clearly, correct pronunciation, and good teamwork sprit.
As a graduate in hotel management, devicenetI require to find a cure in a hotel and I still have some weakness on reflection, such as low efficiency in completing the task, so I should improve the skill of time management. Moreover, I am not very confident to express some ideas becau of my poor English. Thus, I need more practice in language speaking and professional skills. I will do my best in the things in the future.
