1.1 Intent目的
This engineering specification contains specific requirements for the lection of piping materials ud in PPG TIANJIN PLANT EXPANSION PROJECT by WorleyParsons.
本工程规定包括了在WorleyParsons管理的PPG TIANJIN PLANT EXPANSION PROJECT中的管道材料的选用规定。
1.2 Scope范围
This specification shall be applied to piping materials indicated on P&ID flow diagrams and utility flow diagrams piping systems. The specification of piping systems provided by manufacturer should be approved by WorleyParsons.
本规定适用于P&ID及公用工程流程图上所示的管道材料。由制造商提供的管道材料规定需由WorleyParsons批准。
1.3 Codes and standards 标准及规范
Design, fabrication, testing and inspection of piping materials shall be accomplished in accordance with the applicable Codes and Standards in the latest edition as follows:

3.1 General 总则
As a rule, the principal dimensions of piping components, which are designated in Piping Material Classification, shall be in accordance with applicable standard.
通常在管道材料等级规定中的管道材料尺寸应符合相应的标准。
3.2 Pipes 管子
3.2.1 Dimensions of pipes shall be in accordance with the following table except otherwi noted.
管子尺寸应符合下表（除非另有规定）。

3.3 Valves 阀门
3.3.1 Face-to-face dimensions of steel flanged valves shall conform to ASME B16.10 to the extent
covered. For valves not covered in ASME, certified dimensions drawings shall be provided by the lected vendor.
钢制法兰阀门端到端的尺寸应符合ASME B16.10的规定。凡是不属于ASME的阀门，供货商需提交合格的尺寸图。
3.3.2 All valves shall be protective coated in accordance with vendor’s standard, but the coatings
shall be highlight at bidding stage.
所有阀门的涂漆应按供货商的标准，但是涂漆标准应在投标阶段提供给WorleyParsons。
