When the air is pressurized from the port 18 and the ports 14, 19 are opened, the piston 15 moves until it comes into contact with the inner surface of the rear side wall of the inner cylinder 12, and the rod 16 is completely extended from the inner cylinder 12 to its maximum length. On the contrary, the cylinder contracts to the shortest by pressurizing and expelling the air.
