The raw materials contain no lead,cadmium, nickel, sulphur or halo-gens.
内部通讯系统This lubricating paste is universally applicable for asmbly purpos and is especially suitable for friction points subject to small and very small sliding movements under high static and dynamic loads. It also provides reliable protection against fretting corrosion.Application:
ALTEMP Q NB 50 is suitable for all friction points, e.g. press fits,bearing ats, bolts, spline shafts,threaded spindles, profile guides.It has also proven effective to lubri-cate chucks. The main criteria for chucks are high precision and uni-form clamping force. If the clamping force is reduced the workpiece may fall out.
ALTEMP Q NB 50 improves the sliding properties of the chuck com-ponents, ensures optimum trans-mission of the clamping force. It is suitable for all types of chucks, e.g.scroll, cam and spiral chucks.In addition, ALTEMP Q NB 50 is very resistant to water and other media, e.g. coolants and cutting fluids. It prevents stick slip and protects against tribo-corrosion, for example in power-locking connec-tions.
Application notes:
Clean and degrea the surfaces thoroughly. Apply the paste in a thin coherent layer by brush or with a cloth that does not fray (do not rub in).
