1 General概述
1.1 The HVAC Specification is applied for all the stores of China, which guide the design, procurement,
construction & final acceptance works of the stores conversion，upgraded, retrofits or renovated and expansion. The sales area, shopping mall, office, storage, facilities plant, receiving yard, etc are involved.
The detailed functions are as followings:
本规范应用于中华人民共和国范围内家乐福的所有新建，改建的超级市场。家乐福超市的功能分布包括卖场区，商铺区，仓库区，办公区及设备辅助用房。
1.1.1 In sales area the goods like the appliance, fabric, grocery, bakery, fish, meat, salar bar, vegetable, fruit,
makeup, steamed & fried foods, etc are sold.
其中卖场区包括化妆品，家电，服装，杂货食品，肉课，鱼课，沙拉吧，面包房，熟食，中式点心，蔬果等销售区域。
1.1.2 In shopping mall area the various of rent shops are occupied, such as the kinds of restaurants, food court,
dress & shoes shop, laundry shop, bakery, beauty shop, tea shop, drugstore and so on.
其中商铺区包括各种餐饮，食街，服装鞋类，洗衣店，面包蛋糕店，美容，茶类，药房等小型商铺。
1.1.3 The each department of the store occupies the office and executes the daily business. The store
manager office, finical office, curity office, cashier office, maintenance office, conference room, locker room, negotiation room, smoke room & canteen, etc are usually necessary.
办公区包括店长办公室，财务办公室，保安办公室，收银办公室，维修办公室，会议室，更衣室，谈判间等。
1.1.4 The storage is normally keeping the temporary goods for revolving; the goods are arranged by the
department. Normally there is the valuable and expansive goods storage inside.
仓库区包括各类商品的临时普通仓库及精品贵重物品仓库，收货区及收货办公室等。
1.1.5 The receiving yard is connected to outside, transferred and the staff take over the goods at this area.
收货区是和室外相通，收货人员在此接收货物。
1.1.6 The facility plant include the substation, power distribution plant, chillers & pumps plant, refrigerant
equipments plant, AHU plant and so on, which are vered for the whole store.
辅助设备房包括变配电间，区域配电间，冷冻机和泵房，制冷设备间，空调箱房等，其中的设备都服务于整个店。
1.2 Design Institute or Contractor shall complete the whole construction works with accordance to the latest
version of specifications, standards, regulations and code of practice which issued by national and regional government, and requirements by CARREFOUR which listed in the design contract and or tender and must co-ordinate with local codes and regulations.
设计院或承包商都必须按照最新的国家和当地规范、标准和技术要求，以及CARREFOUR对每一项目的具体设计委托书或招标书要求完成整个建筑工程，并与当地的条例和法规相协调。
1.3 The HVAC system ud for CARREFOUR area shall be operated and controlled independently out of the
whole building, which shall not to u with other tenements together. Meanwhile the energy counting shall be according to the water & electricity meter. Before the meters are gotten into u, the Precision Certification of the calibration & verification shall be submitted to the CARREFOUR for approval. If CARREFOUR has to u cooling & heating source system with other landlord’s tenements, and invest a lot for isolating the system, the thermal meter could be considered to u. The unit price by the thermal meter should be regulated in the lea contract.
家乐福制冷和采暖空调系统必须独立于整个建筑，独立控制，同时其能源消耗的计量必须使用水表和电表准确的计量。电表水表的投入使用之前，必须递交家乐福相关国家相关部门对此表具的精度审核计量校准报告。如
果不得不与其它租户共用一套冷热源系统，而且冷热源系统独立改造需要花费大量投资，可以考虑使用热表计量方式计费。

All the drawings included should be conducted in accordance with international units and should be complete, accurate and easy to read and end up with no mistakes after check-correction. Design drawings should also be examined by CARREFOUR and relevant authorities for their approval.
其中图纸必须以国标为基础绘制，做到完整、准确、清晰，且经过校审无误（规范无误、技术要求合
理无误、实际使用无误），并顺利通过CARREFOUR与政府要求的图纸审核。
If some area are not clearly shown in the drawings, detailed drawings and part plan must be provided. Otherwi, related details of installation and construction should be shown on the layout plans and system drawings. The schematic drawing shall be drawn by the diagram type. All the main performance data of equipment shall be indicated. The equipment block shall be u the CAD block supplied by the equipment supplier. The schematic drawing shall be designed by Carrefour template.
应当指出的是，若图纸在局部区域无法明显示出，则须绘出局部详图。另外，要求在各平面图、系统图示出各相关细节施工安装详图。其中系统图必须按照流程图绘制。设备的主要技术参数必须标注在其上。空调系统图纸必须根据家乐福的样板图纸设计。
The relative elevation of all kinds of duct shall be verified carefully, which avoid the unreasonable space management between air-supply, air-return, fresh-air, de-smoke, makeup-air, etc.
必须校验所有风管的相对标高，走向及位置，避免送风，回风，新风，排烟，补风等各风管交叉时的不合理布置，造成现场施工标高的失控。

It has the great impact to the HVAC design.
